There is no such thing as “Virtual Reality” it is either virtual or real, nothing can be both. At the exception of 3D printing maybe, just maybe, depending on one’s perception. Your every “action” in a digital world where anything and everything you do, has no “real ” consequences on reality is not reality in any sense. Games are meant to be entertaining and not life consuming. No problem with attributing 15 to 90 minutes to any game in a busy day depending on age group. The older one gets, the shorter time attribution to this activity, is the normal principal of things.

Anything else becomes an addiction to an environment that does not exist, and when it comes to the point where you “leave” that digital world only to feed and sleep, it only becomes virtual reality in the individuals mind and nowhere else. People live in this digital reality to escape the problems of reality. Report is that, they have more anxiety towards the problems to solve in their “fake reality” than in real life occurrences.

The very sad part of this is that the individuals caught in those trap worlds, are mostly unaware of their situation and are not productive for society in any sense. Except for the fact that they continue excessive programmed consumption and pay taxes. And that is exactly what the authorities want of us. Consume, pay taxes, stay home, connected to a digital nothingness, inside and when we do go out, they have us looking down still, jut to make sure we don’t see what’s going on for real.
